At Chloe Ward Creative, each appointment is a bespoke, one-on-one experience designed to deliver lived-in, luxury hair in a calm and elevated space. Your time in the chair is exclusively reserved for you, and the following policies ensure the highest standard for every guest.
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This is deducted from your total on the day.
Our signature colour services are extended sessions and often require up to half a day in the studio. The deposit protects this dedicated time, as these appointments cannot be refilled at short notice.
Appointments are confirmed once the deposit has been received. Without a deposit, the booking remains available.
For future bookings made in-salon, deposits are required within 4 weeks to retain your reserved date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes.
Cancellations or reschedules within this period will result in the forfeit of your deposit, as your appointment time has been exclusively set aside for you.
No Shows
Missed appointments will result in loss of deposit and future bookings may require full prepayment.
Late Arrivals
To maintain the flow and luxury experience for all guests, late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or the need to reschedule.
Pricing
All pricing is a guide and may vary depending on hair length, density, and the time and product required to achieve your desired result while maintaining hair integrity.

Service Adjustments
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me and I stand by my work.
If you have any concerns, please make contact within 48 hours of your appointment so your hair can be assessed in its original condition.
Refinements are welcomed where appropriate, provided that:
• Contact is made within 2 days
• The adjustment appointment is booked within 7 days
Requests outside of this timeframe will be treated as a new service, as natural fading, environmental exposure, home care, and regrowth prevent the original result from being accurately reviewed.
Adjustments are intended to refine the original consultation outcome and do not apply to changes of mind or a new colour direction.
